How to get good performance of Adhesive tape?

In the bonding, follow these steps to enhance best adhesive effect: 

1. Ensure adhesive surface clean and dry, it is generally recommended to take cloth.

2. 1IPA (isopropyl alcohol) and water mixture Clean the surface until the surface is completely dry. 

3. After the solvent cleaned is dried, apply the adhesive tape to the adhesive surface and apply a pressure of around 15 PSI (1.05 kg / cm2) by a roller or other manner to allow effective adhesion. 

4. Tear the release paper, and then stick it to the application surface, impose the same 15PSI pressure to make it effective fit. Next to remove air bubbles, increase the pressure to maximum limit. 

5. Its best to do Adhesion at temperature of 15-38 , not less than 10 . 

6. When operation, one end of the tape should be fit first, and then suppress the pressure to the other end in order to reduce the probability of air bubbles. Store at temperature 19-23 , humidity 40-60%.
